Director Of Marketing (Phu Quoc Based)

Position the property as a premier luxury lifestyle destination in the market.
Safeguard digital reputation and ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver campaigns that support commercial objectives.
Lead all marketing, communications, and public relations strategies for the resort.
Manage high- level PR, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget to drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events.

Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality required.
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, hands- on leadership style.
8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior hospitality role.
