DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING ( BASE IN HCM)

Lead from the front with a strong sales- driven (hunter) mindset.
Build and lead a high- performing sales team.
Oversee marketing with focus on ROI, digital conversion, and lead generation.
Close deals and drive outbound sales activities.
Actively secure high- value business (Corporate, Group, MICE).
Drive commercial strategy and maximize revenue performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum 3- 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• A team player & builder
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
• Ability to multi- task, work well in stressful & high- pressure situations
• Working location: Sales Office in Ho Chi Minh city
