Arrival Experience
• Open doors, offer assistance, and create a polished first impression.
• Recognise members and greet them by name when appropriate.
• Welcome members and guests with discretion and professionalism.
Access & Security
• Work closely with reception and guest relations to ensure accurate guest entry.
• Support emergency procedures and ensure health & safety at the door.
• Monitor the entrance and maintain access control.
Ambience & Brand Presence
• Maintain the immediate exterior and entrance areas to HAUS standards.
• Provide a calm, confident presence throughout operating hours.
• Assist members with directions, transport, or guest arrangements.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Experience in a guest- facing role within luxury hospitality or private clubs.
• Understanding of access control and basic safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
• High level of reliability and punctuality.

Salary
: Up to 15,000,000 VND
