Driver

The Driver is responsible for delivering a five- star transportation experience, ensuring safety, punctuality, discretion, and exceptional service standards at all times. This role involves driving guests to and from various destinations, ensuring vehicles are well- maintained, and assisting with luggage and other guest needs. The Driver plays a critical role in ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they are picked up until they reach their destination.
Duties may include but are not limited to

Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating them to the Transportation Supervisor if necessary.
Offer a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the ride.
Stay informed about local attractions, events, and points of interest to provide guests with helpful information during their journey.
Provide luxury service to VIP guests.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Communicate effectively with the Transportation Supervisor and dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a safe ride for all passengers.
Assist with special transportation requests, such as VIP services or group transportation, as directed by the Transportation Supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, particularly related to safety and guest service.
Coordinate with Reward Club / Business Development / Dispatch.
Provide timely and safe transportation services to guests, including airport transfers, local area pickups, and special event transportation.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, ensuring it is always ready for guest service.
Monitor the vehicle&039;s fuel levels and refill as necessary, ensuring the vehicle is always ready for service.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
Follow working SOP and grooming standards.
Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is properly loaded and unloaded from the vehicle.
Ensure safe and smooth driving.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
2- 5 years of experience as a professional driver (VIP/hotel preferred).
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
A valid driver&039;s license with a clean driving record.
A customer- focused attitude with the ability to provide exceptional service.
Strong responsibility and discipline.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages like Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is a plus.
