Job Description: Oversee daily operations of the driver team.

Schedule and dispatch drivers effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation issues.
Prepare and maintain transportation records and reports.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to drivers.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
Experience as a driver role in the hospitality industry
Strong multi- tasking skills
Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
Strict attention to detail
Commitment to a high level of customer service
Good English communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Binh Dinh traffic

2 days off/ week, 14 annual leaves/ year, birthday leave
