Dye Techincians

Operate and monitor CBP dyeing for woven cotton fabrics.
Ensure consident dye penetration, fixation, and shade uniformity accross batches
Preapre dye and chemical solutions according to approved recipes
Cary out lap dips, shade matching, and recipe adjustments to achieve color accuracy.
Maintain deatiled records ò dyeing recipes, machine parameters and production outcomes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards and sustainable dyeing practices
Perform routine cleaning, calibration and preventive maintenance ò CPB equipment
Collaborate with QC, production, and R & D teams to optimize dyeing processes
Conduct quality checks for shade accuracy, wash fastness, rubbing fastness, persoriration and light fastness
Troublehoot and resolve dyeing isues such as shade variation, uneven dyeing and fixaxion problems
