E-Commerce Assistant (Trợ Lý Thương Mại Điện Tử) - Đi Làm Ngay

• Provide customer service support: respond to messages, handle basic complaints, and coordinate product returns or exchanges.
• Use third- party operation software or agency (such as Kaka or Nhanhvn) to track revenue, GMV, conversion rate, and order processing efficiency.
• Prepare and update daily and weekly performance reports, highlight operational issues, and propose practical improvements.
• Assist in livestream operations, including product preparation, logistics coordination, and session support when needed.
• Monitor SKU performance, inventory levels, and daily order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales growth by analyzing data, identifying improvement areas, and executing promotional or marketing activities.
• Operate and manage online stores on e- commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.

• Proven experience in TikTok Shop and Shopee operation. (Freshers are welcome)
• Organized, data- driven, and detail- oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of SKU operations and how to increase GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
• Familiar with third- party management tools, ERP systems like Kaka or Nhanhvn is an advantage.
• Livestream experience is a plus.
