Job Description
Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
Manage customer enquiry for all on- line channels with fast action response
Update all related issues regarding the orders for further coordinating with customer
Be a main person of customer’s touch point for orders via online channel
Provide administrative activities related to order fulfillment.
Escalate of all problems/complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved
Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders with effective quality of work
Coordinate with related departments (Warehouse, Transport, Finance, QA, Commercial, IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) to deliver company&039;s products to customers.
Product forecast to make sure availability for Ecommerce.
Manage Ecommerce Platforms & Marketplaces.

Requirements
Hard- working, be careful, responsibility, interested in food
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales online/Customer Service/Call Center environment
Knowledge in Social Media, Ecommerce Platforms
Microsoft Office skill required
