E-commerce Executive (Philippines Market)

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Junior E- commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing online sales across multiple e- commerce platforms in the Philippines market. You will oversee daily marketplace operations, execute promotional campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketplace Operations

Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure product information, visuals, and content are accurate, up- to- date, and optimized for conversion.
Manage daily operations across e- commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory management.

Campaign & Sales Management

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare campaign assets, inventory plans, and promotional mechanics.
Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotional activities, and sales events.
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize sales results.

Performance Optimization

Monitor key metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI.
Recommend actions to improve store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting & Cross- functional Collaboration

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support ad- hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 1 year of experience in E- commerce (brand- side or platform- side).
Deep understanding of major e- commerce platforms.
Able to juggle multiple projects- both hands- on and strategic in approach.
Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard skills.
Excellent communicator and negotiator, with great attention to detail.
