E-Commerce Intern

Customer service: handle complaints, request from customer, support live chat and provide product&039;s information
Involve in implementing online marketing activities to strengthen Brand awareness and bring traffic to counters.
Other tasks as directed.
Work closely with E- Commerce Manager to assist campaign planning on ecommerce platforms.
Work closely with partners to prepare and implement seasonal/ monthly campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with cross- functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization.
Assist in building and developing strong relationships with E- platforms, E- distributor & internal departments.
Ecommerce operation: listing new products, support campaign planning

Fluent in English, and good with communication across functions.
Thrives in a fast- paced environment that is both high- growth and startup in nature.
Google skill and Microsoft excel skill.
Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
