E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E- commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across online B2C channels such as Shopee and TikTok Shop in Vietnam.

Lead and communicate effectively with current e- commerce team members and agencies ensuring clear task allocation and performance management.
Manage daily operations of Shopee and TikTok stores, including product listings, order processing, customer service, and issue resolution.
Work closely with product development, production, and logistics teams to ensure sufficient inventory preparation aligned with sales goals.
Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns for key sales seasons (6.6, 9.9, 11.11, Tet, Black Friday, etc.) in coordination with agencies and internal teams.
Monitor performance data, analyze campaign results, and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

Job requirements

English communication skills sufficient for daily business interaction (Work with foreigners)
Minimum 2 years of experience managing e- commerce operations, preferably with Shopee or TikTok Shop.
Proven experience in launching and scaling a brand with annual sales growth of USD 500K or more.
Work experience in Ecommerce platforms, or online only brands, sellers is a plus.
Analytical, proactive, and responsible with strong leadership and ownership mindset.
