E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to create engaging content, digital promotions, and special packages.
• Monitor guest reviews and online reputation across review sites and respond promptly in coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Manager to ensure rate parity, inventory control, and optimal online pricing.
• Develop and implement the hotel’s online sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue through digital channels.
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, etc.).
• Analyze online booking trends, conversion rates, and digital performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all digital channels are updated with accurate descriptions, high- quality images, and current rates.
• Track performance metrics (ROI, website traffic, online revenue) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Manage the hotel’s presence across all online platforms, including the official website, OTAs (Booking, Agoda, Expedia, etc.), and social media.
• Keep up to date with hospitality e- commerce trends and recommend improvements to enhance the hotel’s digital visibility and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5- star hotel or resort.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent understanding of OTAs, online booking systems, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
