E-commerce Marketplace Executive

The E- commerce Marketplace Executive is the custodian of PPP Laser Clinic’s retail presence across all third- party platforms. Your mission is to maximize digital sales while maintaining our premium brand positioning. You will transform our marketplace storefronts into high- converting, medically- trusted environments through precise listing management, strategic promotions, and proactive reputation management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace Storefront Management
End- to- end management of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tiki. Ensure 100% SKU accuracy, stock synchronization, and adherence to the "PPP Visual Guidelines" (Clean/Clinical/Luxurious).
Product Page Optimization (PDP)
Execute "Aesthetic SEO." Optimize product titles, high- resolution imagery, and "A+ Content" (rich descriptions) that explain complex clinical benefits (e.g., stem- cell technology) in consumer- friendly language.
Campaign & Promotion Strategy
Plan and execute the E- commerce calendar (Double Day sales, Payday, Flash Sales). Design "Bundle Deals" that align with our clinical treatment packages to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Reputation & Review Management
Monitor and respond to all customer reviews with the PPP "Professional & Reassuring" tone. Transform user- generated content (UGC) and positive reviews into trust- building assets for the brand.
Operational Excellence
Manage back- end seller tools, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure a "premium unboxing" experience for every customer.

Acquisition & Reach Benchmarks

Store Health: Maintain a "Premium Seller" status (e.g., Shopee Mall/LazMall metrics) with a >95% chat response rate and
Conversion Rate: Maintain a PDP Conversion Rate of >3% through continuous copy and image optimization.
Sales Growth: Achieve a 10–15% MoM increase in Marketplace GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Copywriting for Retail: Ability to write persuasive, SEO- friendly product descriptions that balance "features" with "clinical benefits."
Analytical Capability: Ability to interpret marketplace analytics to identify "Best Sellers" vs. "Underperformers" and pivot strategy accordingly.
Platform Expertise: 2+ years of hands- on experience managing Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Detail- Oriented: A "zero- error" mindset regarding pricing, discount codes, and inventory levels.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) for sales reporting and Canva for basic promotional banner adjustments.
