E-Commerce Operations Executive

Others task from manager’s request.
Refund: Cross check issue, revenue, orders, and processing refund to customer.
Sale: Monitor & optimize the performance of external sales channel.
Feedback: Collect feedback across channels and propose an action plan to improve customer experience via cross functional initiatives.
Systems and data sponsor: Point of contact for feature improvement to improve the traceability and the efficiency of actions performed inside of systems by data, and inventory.
Third- party: Manage relationship with third- party companies (packaging, storage, logistics, payment gateway) in terms of contract, quality, timeliness, and pricing of services.
Operations: Monitor operations excellence and provide cross function improvement plans.
Store/Warehouse operations: Resolution of bill discrepancy between Prism and Magento. Training for stores on usage of Prism E- com function.
Packaging: Strategy and procurement.
Issue resolution: Ensure all incoming requests from customers are acknowledged, owned, handled within agreed time, and handled leaving a good customer experience.
Costs: Monitor e- commerce cost centers and provide cross function improvement plans to further improve the profitability of e- commerce operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint excellence.
Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e- commerce context.
Experience in customer service management.
Good command of English.
Previous experience in digital agency/ ecom market placement or retail is advantage.
Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams regarding delivery processes.
Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits.
Familiar with data management.
