E-commerce Procurement Staff

We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for an E- Commerce Procurement Staff to establish supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth stock flow. Your decisions will directly impact business performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency across our global e- commerce network.
What You&039;ll Do:
Supplier Management & Product Sourcing

Maintain and strengthen long- term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
Analyze supplier offers to identify cost- effective and high- potential products.

Order & Stock Management

Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on- time deliveries.
Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.

Issue Handling

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.
Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.

Who We&039;re Looking For:

Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, data- driven environment.
Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Working Schedule:

Probation Period: 2 months
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday- Saturday (on- site).
Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday- Friday (on- site).
