E-COMMERCE Team Leader (K-BEAUTY | B2C)

Manage and optimize Shopee and TikTok Shop operations, including traffic growth, conversion optimization, platform campaigns, affiliate programs, and livestream performance.
Take full ownership of E- commerce business performance, including sales, growth, budget, and profitability.
Analyze consumer behavior, purchase journey, and K- Beauty market trends to design platform- specific plans and growth initiatives.
Lead, manage, and develop an E- commerce team of 10–15 members, covering planning, operations, content, performance marketing, livestream, and customer service.
Develop and lead the overall B2C E- commerce strategy and annual business plan for K- Beauty categories across marketplaces and online retail channels.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with E- commerce platforms and key stakeholders.
Work closely with cross- functional teams (Brand/Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure operational excellence and superior consumer experience.
Stay up to date with market trends, platform innovations, and competitor benchmarks to proactively propose long- term growth initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
Define team structure, set KPIs, allocate resources, evaluate performance, and coach team members to build a high- performing organization.
Plan, manage, and control B2C E- commerce budgets and channel P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Monitor business performance on a daily basis, analyze data, and implement timely corrective actions to achieve targets.
Oversee and direct execution of major E- commerce activities, including campaigns, promotions, bundles, GWP, exclusive deals, flash sales, livestream commerce, and new product launches.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty E- commerce, with a strong preference for K- Beauty B2C experience.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, data- driven decision- making capabilities.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams of 10–15 people, including team development and performance management.
Proven hands- on experience in managing and operating Shopee and TikTok Shop, with solid understanding of platform mechanics, campaigns, traffic, performance marketing, affiliate programs, and livestream commerce.
Proficiency in English and/or Korean is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
Excellent communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work under sales pressure in a fast- paced E- commerce environment.
Demonstrated experience in owning and managing B2C E- commerce P&L.
