Ecommerce Sales & Operation Supervisor

ROLES:
This role is responsible for driving e- commerce sales performance by managing daily sales operations, optimizing order fulfillment, and leading the online sales team to achieve revenue targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage customer communication channels including website chat and inbox, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
· Oversee end- to- end order processing, including order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, and refund handling.
· Analyze customer shopping behavior to support assortment planning and identify upsell and cross- sell opportunities.
· Coordinate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and effectively monetize website traffic.
· Supervise and coach the Online Sales/ Customer Service team to ensure timely responses, professional sales consultation, and accurate product recommendations.
· Pepare weekly and monthly sales and operations reports, tracking key metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rate, AOV, cost per sale, and fulfillment performance.
· Drive online sales performance of the e- commerce website and support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
· Maintain proper documentation, ensure clear cross- functional communication, and handle administrative tasks related to e- commerce operations.
· Enhance post- purchase experience to drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
· Ensure accurate order execution and on- time delivery in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
· Monitor daily sales results, identify performance gaps, and proactively propose actions to improve conversion and revenue.
Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.

Qualification:
· University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or related field.
Knowledge:
· Knowledge of E- commerce site management best practices.
· Knowledge of luxury fashion or premium retail is a plus.
Experience:
· At least 2 years of experience in e- commerce sales and operations, preferably in a supervisor or team leader role
· Experience working in fashion e- commerce is an advantage.
Skill/ competence:
· Able to communicate in English
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Strong skills in team supervision, communication, organization, and problem- solving.
· Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· An analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis principles is a plus.
