Role Overview:
We are looking for a results- driven Education Counsellor with a strong focus on sales. In this role, you’ll combine counselling expertise with proactive sales strategies to convert leads into successful student enrolments. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, helping them understand opportunities while driving enrolment numbers to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel prospective students on study abroad opportunities, visa requirements, and course options.
• Follow up promptly with leads, inquiries, and referrals to ensure conversion.
• Deliver presentations, attend events, and participate in marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
• Track, report, and analyse sales performance against KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
