EHS Manager

- Develop and implement company management system policies to ensure that the company&039;s quality, safety, and efficiency achieve expected goals;- Establish and maintain the company&039;s quality, safety, and efficiency management system, and ensure its effective operation；- Lead and train the internal system team of the company to ensure that employees possess relevant skills and knowledge, and improve the overall performance of the company;- Ensure that the company&039;s various businesses comply with regulations and standards, and maintain the company&039;s reputation and image;- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to solve related issues and ensure the normal operation of the company&039;s various businesses;- Regularly conduct internal audits to continuously improve the company&039;s management system;- Responsible for reviewing and updating the company&039;s management system to meet the company&039;s development needs.

* Experience Requirement：- More than 5 years of work experience as a system manager or related field, with priority given to those holding an external auditor certificate.- Requirements for familiarity, safety, environmental protection, and efficiency management systems.* Knowledge Skill Requirement：- Training on ISO9001 and other aspects- Personal Quality Requirement：- Having good communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues from other departments.- Strong leadership and training skills, able to manage and motivate employees within the company.- Strong problem- solving skills, able to independently or assist in resolving internal issues within the company.
