Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure production quality and compliance with international standards. This role is critical in monitoring production KPIs, maintaining ISO systems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements and operational goals.

Monitor Production KPIs
Update monthly KPI reports, analyze gaps, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Verify daily production results against departmental KPIs.
Production Planning Support
Update results in systems (SAP, OPC) and propose adjustments based on actual performance.
Collaborate with engineering and scheduling teams to manage daily production plans.
ISO System Management
Issue operational documents such as work instructions, PMCS, and checklists aligned with FMEA and control plans.
Prepare for and respond to internal, external, and customer audits.
Develop and maintain ISO documentation for standards including ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
Quality Issue Resolution
Handle component and process anomalies, FGA, and QN for assigned product lines from handover to mass production.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Protect company assets and follow all rules and procedures.
Ensure adherence to 5S, Kaizen, EHS, EICC, and social responsibility standards.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:Strong knowledge of ISO standards and SAP systems.Familiarity with production line operations.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey ideas effectively.
Experience:Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing or quality engineering role.
Education:Bachelor’s degree (required).
Preferred:Advanced understanding of ISO and SAP systems.
