- Keep the work area clean and arrange tools and equipment neatly.
- Coordinate the implemention of hotel maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, masonry, etc.
- Built good relationships with staff in the department and with other departments in the hotel.
- Perform maintenance and repair of technical system according to procedures.
- Support in repairing and resolving equipment and system issues to restore them to the best possible working condition within the shortest time, ensuring timely service for related departments.

- Good English is an advantage.
