As a Scrum Coordinator/ Scrum Master, you&039;ll be crucial in delivering high- quality feature for our product SimpleMDG. Your role involves organizing team events, ensuring clear project tasks, and facilitating smooth communication among the development team and stakeholders. Success requires strong stakeholder communication, punctuality, sharp urgency awareness, and effective risk analysis.
Responsibilities:
Monitor Progress & Mitigate Risks: Track development metrics and provide timely reports, highlighting potential delays with urgency awareness. Actively lead risk analysis for new features, creating plans to safeguard delivery.
Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Use strong communication skills to ensure effective dialogue between the development team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders. Guide clear updates on progress and challenges. Communicate impediments and technical risks to stakeholders, keeping them informed about delivery impacts.
Orchestrate Development Flow: Punctually lead all Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, daily stand- ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep development on track and ensure timely software releases.
Ensure Backlog Clarity: Help the Product Owner refine and maintain the software&039;s feature list, making sure it&039;s precise, aligned with goals, and clear to the development team. Proactively identify and flag technical risks or dependencies to prevent delays.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in development workflows, aiming for more consistent and predictable software delivery.
Empower Team Collaboration: Foster a productive team environment by facilitating communication, conflict resolution, and decision- making. Encourage team’s urgency and accountability to meet sprint goals.

Strong fluency in English is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator or Agile Project Coordinator.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies in product management, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Proven experience as a Scrum Coordinator or similar role.
Open- mindedness and willingness to learn: Ability to accept feedback, adapt to new approaches, and continuously develop your skills.
