Enterprise Sales Manager (Cloud)

Key Responsibilities
Develop, build, and strengthen long- term relationships with enterprise clients (Telco, Banking).
Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, contract negotiation, deal closing, and payment follow- up.
Manage account relationships, map decision- making hierarchies, and position Renova Cloud at senior levels.
Work closely with presales and technical teams to understand customers’ business objectives and advise on suitable solutions.
Continuously evaluate and restructure sales strategies, tools, and team performance for optimal results.
Drive customer adoption and articulate compelling value propositions around Cloud solutions & services.
Maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure sales activities align with monthly KPIs.
Represent Renova Cloud at executive- level meetings, industry events, and customer presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands- on experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, G Suite, SaaS solutions) is highly desirable.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target- oriented, self- driven, and able to perform under pressure.
5+ years of experience with 2- 3 years in enterprise sales management, preferably in Cloud/ICT/IT solutions.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
Strong background in selling into Telecom and Banking sectors.
Creative thinking with a consultative, solution- driven mindset.
Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
Excellent leadership skills with a track record in building & managing sales teams.
