ERP Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

• Collaborate with department heads and key users to gather, analyze, and document business
requirements across all relevant functions (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and on- site observations to understand current workflows and
identify process gaps.
• Coordinate meetings between vendor and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the SAP S/4HANA vendor.

• Validate and review vendor proposals, system configurations, and functional designs against
business requirements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution, including test case development
and issue tracking.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the ERP Project Manager and Steering
Committee.
• Ensure that all communication, meeting notes, and documentation are maintained in English and
distributed to relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in ERP projects,
with at least one end- to- end SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or HR modules.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD, FS), and stakeholder
management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in preparing professional reports and presentations in English.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• Knowledge of change management and ERP training delivery.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
