ERP Customer Support - Preferring Fresh Grad
Mô tả công việc
- Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher level to handle customer&039;s issues promptly
- Other internal support if required
- Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
- Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
- Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, ...) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fresh graduates or final- year students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply
- Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV
- Analytical and problem- solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Submit your CV in English (required)
- Age: 2002- 2003
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Good customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
