ERP Project Coordinator/Manager

Opportunity Management:
Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to understand and capture new opportunities
Track and manage incoming opportunities and ensure they are appropriately routed to the relevant teams
Project Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact for all project- related communications
Facilitate coordination between the internal teams (Business Consultant team, Delivery team, Pre- sales team) and all external stakeholders
Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines
Team Collaboration:
Engage with the Delivery team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects
Ensure that the Delivery team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Problem- solving:
Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Yêu cầu công việc
From 1.5- 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Assistant/PM Assistant in IT company
Strong understanding of ERP systems, with experience in Odoo being preferred
Fluent English speaking since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (Vietnamese & English)
Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
Having the ability to research, time management, coordination, problem solving, etcWilling to learn, proactive, open mindset
