Event Concierge/ Chuyên viên hỗ trợ sự kiện

The Event Concierge serves as a visible, dedicated, and easily accessible point of contact for event organizers. The role ensures seamless coordination across banquet and outlet operations, promptly communicates changes, requests, and emergencies, and delivers a consistent, high- quality guest experience throughout the entire event lifecycle.
In simple terms, this role is designed to serve as a dedicated “butler” for event organizers within the event space, whether the event takes place in Banquet or F&B outlets. The role is not involved in Rooms Division operations, nor does it replace or overlap with the responsibilities of any Banquet or Outlet Manager.
The Event Concierge is responsible for building trust and rapport with organizers through consistent emotional engagement, proactive support, and clear, effective communication.
