Executive - Ocean Freight Operations

· Maintain set KPI’s
· Dealing with supervisor together with pricing team to find space/price related solutions.
· Responsible for operational accuracy of individual shipments
· Handling shipment from booking until closure file as instructed by supervisor
· Responsible for on time file closure as per deadlines set forth by management
· Responsible for billing accuracy of individual shipments.

Position Requirements:
· Cargo wise experience is a plus
· Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills
· Team player, flexible, hands- on with interpersonal skills and time management
· High achiever, self- driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
· University graduated.
· Ability to prioritize and multi- task in a fast paced, changing environment
· 1+ years of Ocean operations experience (from booking stage to invoice)
