Experienced Structural Engineer - Design Certificate level II

· Structural Analysis & Design (Core Responsibility)
Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards, technical feasibility, and project cost- effectiveness.
Review design documents, subcontractor/vendor technical submissions, and other related engineering materials.
Act as the technical quality controller throughout the design process, ensuring analytical models, calculations, and drawings are thoroughly reviewed before submission.
Perform structural analysis, load assessment, capacity checks, and develop optimized design solutions.
Lead the preparation and review of technical documents, including calculation spreadsheets, design reports, specifications, and other required deliverables following the company’s quality procedures.
Gather and review input data to fully understand project requirements and applicable standards for projects
· Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior engineers within assigned projects to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and suppliers during all project phases.
Estimate workload, time, and manpower needs; report promptly in case of abnormal situations, overload, or potential overrun of allocated hours.
· BIM / Modeling Support (Optional – Depending on Project Needs)
Coordinate clash detection and work closely with other disciplines to ensure coherent and conflict- free designs.
Support the development of 3D models in Revit and/or AutoCAD for concept, basic, and detailed design stages.
· Additional Responsibilities
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Share technical knowledge and contribute to internal training activities.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Possess Vietnamese Level II in Structural Design Certificate is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, ETABS, SAFE, SCIA, and other structural analysis software;
Proven experience in designing hotels, schools, and high- rise buildings, with good awareness of construction practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable international and local standards (e.g., TCVN, Eurocode, ACI, BS)
Capable of leading quality control for design deliverables.
Revit proficiency or willingness to learn is a plus.
Detail- oriented, hardworking, able to manage multiple tasks independently or within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering with 8+ years of design experience across multiple project phases.
