Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager
Contact & chase carrier, LOGS service to provide DN/ invoice, input the carrier, customs/trucking, oversea AP, make payment request to carrier and collect MBL original/telex
Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.
Require & check SI, make HBLs to customers
Follow customer&039;s payment & issue HBL original/telex
Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co- loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any)
Follow OP/sale quotation to issue debit, cross check if any difference with costing, send to customer confirm, post debit in system for FN to issue invoice
Send pre- alert to agent (Debit/credit/ MBL / HBL / manifest)

College or Bachelor&039;s degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export (a notarized degree is required)
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
From 1 years’ experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding/Import – Export.
Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
