Fabric Sourcing Specialist

· Working out of our Thao Dien / HCMC office, the Fabric Sourcing Specialist oversees the sourcing of fabrics for our customers.
· Focus on tactical apparel and gear fabrics.
· This role requires very strong sourcing capability, very good knowledge of textiles/fabrics, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
· Maintain an up- to- date sourcing database and track developments.
· Identify and source high- quality fabrics from various suppliers across Asia.
· Ensure all sourced fabrics meet quality and compliance standards.
· Evaluate new and existing suppliers for performance and reliability.
· Collaborate with design and production teams to understand fabric needs.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or procurement.
· Proficiency in sourcing and supply chain management software.
· Strong knowledge of fabric types and textile manufacturing processes.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Textile Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
· Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven vendor management skills.
