+ Working location: Ha Long, Quang Ninh.
+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.
+ Main function: To ensure the efficient, safe, and cost- effective operation of a shopping mall by coordinating with service providers, handling tenant and building owner relations, maintaining facilitiy and security standards, and overseeing operational procedures.
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM- C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
Instruct the shopping mall’s operational procedures and regulations to tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and ensure their proper implementation. (10%)
Coordinate with the building owner on situations that impact operations and effectively connect multiple parties to come up with solutions. (10%)
Maintain a strong relationship with the building owner to ensure timely monthly inspections, payment, and smooth operational arrangements. (15%)
Follow all fit out work, renovation, event set- up in the shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any. (10%)
Coordinate with ADV to address tenant- related incidents involving equipment and technical systems, such as water leaking, malfunctioning roller shutters, power outages, and other similar issues. (10%)
Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from supervisors. (10%)
Other duties as assigned. (5%)
Monitor and assess the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (ADV- service provider) and provide recommendations for quality enhancement and cost efficiency. (10%)
Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure that all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition. (10%)
Manage parking fee to make sure in/out cost is in balance. (10%)
