Farm Manager (Flower)

Our client is a joint venture companycurrently looking for a Farm Manager (Flower, $1400,ID19618):

Manage and oversee all chrysanthemum production activities for export to Japan.
Coordinate with Japanese experts and managers in production and packaging processes.
Improve product quality and production efficiency.
Manage a workforce of approximately 60 employees (with deputy managers and team leaders).

No overtime pay; the manager is responsible for organizing their own work schedule.
At least 2 years of experience as a flower farm manager, only chrysanthemum
Age 28–45, male or female.
Ability to communicate in English at work
University degree (preferably in Agriculture); strong practical experience may substitute formal education.
