Fast-track F&B Management Internship Programme

This programme is designed for fresh graduates and experienced associates who are interested in pursuing a career in luxury Food & Beverage operations. Ideal candidates should be passionate about service excellence, driven by guest satisfaction, good command of English capabilities and motivated to grow into future leaders in F&B operations.
Throughout the traineeship, you will gain hands- on operational experience through job rotations across 06 different F&B outlets. You will also receive mentorship from experienced supervisors and managers while developing operational and leadership capabilities required for a Supervisor role after 24 months.

What we are looking for

Candidates without prior hospitality experience would still be considered and will be assessed through a screening interview
Fresh graduates from university or college, preferably with a hospitality- related degree
