Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Strategy

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports per Vietnamese and Group standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision- making.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company and group objectives.

Treasury, Cash & Tax Management

Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Identify and mitigate financial, currency, and credit risks.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
Support consolidation and reporting processes to headquarters.

Team Leadership & Cross- functional Support

Build, train, and manage a high- performing finance team.
Promote integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial operations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and business support.

Qualifications

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Minimum 6 years in finance with 3+ years in management, ideally in a multinational or Vietnam- based company.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills.
Be able to communicate with the parent company and international teams, and read and understand international financial reports and regulations.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English or Chinese, especially in financial and business communication.
Strong knowledge of VAS & IFRS, budgeting, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
