Salary up to $2300/month awaits! We are recruiting Finance Manager (Manufacturing,ID 19407) for a foreign- invested company:
Financial Management & Control

Lead and supervise accounting teams across multiple entities (TXVN, SSYVN, Hengli Garment VN).
Oversee internal controls, accounting procedures, and risk management practices across all companies.
Review and monitor company cash flow, budgets, and forecasts (April–September / October–March cycles).
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of full sets of accounts, financial statements, and monthly management reports.
Conduct financial analysis and job costing to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure proper implementation of transfer pricing documentation and reports.
Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities for audit and compliance purposes.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax declarations, and annual audit documents.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and relevant tax regulations.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with banks, government agencies, and external auditors as required.
Work closely with the Group’s finance and internal audit teams to align policies, reporting systems, and controls.
Communicate effectively with both Vietnamese and foreign management teams (English required; Chinese preferred).

Policy & System Development

Monitor the performance of accounting systems (MISA or others) and ensure proper data integrity.
Review and enhance the company’s finance and accounting policies, SOPs, and internal manuals.
Implement financial and operational improvement initiatives in line with Group standards.

Other Duties

Participate in ad- hoc projects assigned by management.
Support business decision- making through financial insights and recommendations.

Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and leadership skills.
Minimum5 yearsof experience in aFinance/Accounting Manager rolewithin amanufacturing FDI company.
Proficiency inMISAor other ERP/accounting systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong communication skills inEnglish(required) andChinese(preferred).
Female, 34- 47 years old
Chief Accountant Certificate ismandatory.
