Job Responsibilities
Execute compliant tax planning initiatives aimed at reducing tax exposure and minimizing financial and capital operation risks.
Lead and manage the finance and accounting team with a focus on performance outcomes.
Generate periodic financial diagnostic reports, identify potential risks or issues, and recommend timely corrective actions to support business and production operations.
Carry out financial risk assessments and apply appropriate measures to effectively control identified risks.
Design, refine, and execute financial management frameworks and internal policies, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting processes, and cost management.
Take full responsibility for coordinating and managing all financial activities of the company in Vietnam.
Deliver professional financial evaluations and advisory input to assist management in decision- making.
Prepare necessary explanations, documentation, and financial data for submission to tax authorities, auditors, and inspection agencies upon request.
Oversee tax, capital, and cash flow management activities in Vietnam.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audit and inspection processes.
Manage cost control through budgeting processes and daily financial supervision, including expense requests, approval workflows, and efficiency of capital usage.
Monitor, analyze, and consolidate accounting and cost information, with particular emphasis on production costing within the garment and apparel manufacturing context.
Be responsible for hiring, task assignment, performance review, and professional development of finance team members.
Supervise and analyze key operational and financial indicators such as budget implementation, inventory management, turnover efficiency, and capital effectiveness.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial analysis reports based on multi- dimensional data covering financial status, business performance, operational results, and cash flow.
