FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance

Ensure compliance with VAS, IFRS conversion, tax regulations and financial laws
Work with auditors, tax authorities and external stakeholders.
Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for the Group.

Management Reporting & Financial Analysis

Lead management reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital analysis
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support CFO and BOD decision- making.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support long- term financial planning and 5- year projections
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Group.
Monitor financial performance, variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Internal Control & Cost Management

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work with COO and Business Units to manage and optimize costs.
Implement and monitor effective internal control systems and financial policies

Cash Flow & Capital Management

Monitor financial performance and identify financial risks and opportunities
Provide capital investment analysis and financial recommendations to CFO
Manage cash flow, working capital and funding strategies

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve departmental KPIs
Strengthen finance systems, reporting processes and analytics capabilities

Other duties as assigned by the CFO or BOD.

Qualifications

Experience working with auditors and tax authorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, tax, and internal control.
Good English communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of IFRS conversion is an advantage.

Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Excellent cash flow and cost management capability.
Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking.
Ability to present financial insights to CFO and BOD.
