Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist

Monitor and control the factory annual budget, track projected expenditures, and analyze monthly performance against production and financial targets
Assist in factory budgeting and forecasting, including production planning, Capex, Opex, departmental spending, and monthly factory performance vs. targets and rolling forecast.
Manage factory operating expenses by classifying costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, analyzing spending trends, and alerting on abnormal or overspending cases
Control factory Capex and fixed assets by ensuring expenditures follow approved budgets, creating and assigning asset codes, verifying supporting documents (invoices, POs, contracts), and capitalizing CIP into fixed assets for timely depreciation
Conduct regular inventory checks of factory assets, sample goods, and stock to ensure accurate and compliant accounting records
Perform other ad- hoc tasks assigned by HOD and Controlling Leader

Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration with cross- functional teams
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, Opex/Capex management, and fixed assets control in a production setting
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team within a fast- paced factory environment
Hands- on experience with SAP FI/CO modules and familiar with ERP systems in manufacturing operations
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldsAt least 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, with strong preference for candidates from manufacturing or factory environments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting
