Finance Senior Staff (Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh)

Position Objective:
• Fulfill inquiries of internal control and accounting regium in local standard and Autoliv Financial.
• Readiness accounting system for mass production in 2025.
• Take back the ownership of accounting administration from outsource company by end of May 2024.
Position Scope:
• Accounting Journal Entries
• Financial Analysis
Tasks/ Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
• Laise with Local Authority for local required reporting.
• Accounting operational (Journal entry, payment process, tax declaration…)
• Prepare Financial reports (Local GAAP / US GAAP) and other ad- hoc reports as assigned.
• Laise with auditor for audited financial statements.
• Implement JDE Financial Module.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Conduct rolling forecast and analysis actual vs. budget on reporting periods.
