Finance Trainee

Position Summary:
The Finance Trainee will support the Revenue Growth Management Manager in delivering financial insights, analysis, and reporting to enable strategic decision- making across the organization. This role offers hands- on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, while collaborating with cross- functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and validation.
Collaborate with cross functions (Trade, Sales operation, …) to provide spending forecast, accrual for closing, actual spending reports in timely manner.
Participate in ad- hoc projects, including process automation and data visualization initiatives.
Assist in month- end closing include: to track and prepare trade accrual data, to reconcile trade spend between sources and make adjustment if needed.
Maintain master data as assigned by Commercial Finance Manager.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial standards.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews.

Requirements:

Good skills of reporting & analysis, detailed- oriented.
Bachelor of Finance from University with good degree.
Strong English & MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query is an advantage.
