Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Be the single point of contact for all cloud cost related matters
- Aid the IT Finance team for monthly Cloud Consumption reporting
- Ensure tagging compliance in the cloud environment
- Have a passion for data accuracy and providing clear easy to follow insights for cloud optimization
- Key contributor to monthly governance reporting on cloud spend and recommendations
- Be able to distil complex concepts to plain terms for business leaders to understand
- Ensure data feeds to automated dashboards are always available
- Provide Cost Center Owners within Business Units, actionable recommendations on cloud spend to optimize their cloud spend

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor&039;s degree in business management, financial, banking, computer science, information- technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
• Excellent understanding and proven experience in using and managing collaboration spaces (Confluence, Microsoft Teams / SharePoint)
• Working experience within an IT based team or organization
• Working experience with Cloud Cost Management (FinOps) tools
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (such as PowerBI / Tableau)
• Proven experience plus relevant professional certifications (Azure, AWS etc) are advantages
• Sound understanding of IT operating model design and best practices
• Experience within regulated industry and regional or multinational scope organization

• Cloud financial management tools: Cost Explorer, Cost Calculator, Tagging...
• Cost allocations, Budgeting & Planning, Financial control
• AWS Cloud Financial Management
