Financial Analyst

- Project costings.
- Quarterly PATMI forecast.
- Assisting in other general works of Finance Department.
- Adjust the Model to meet the supervisors requirements.
- Collect the technical number from related department to apply into the Model.
- To assist with preparing the Board paper for new projects or other issues.
- Supporting FIN team in quarterly, yearly audits.
- To assist to prepare documentation of treasury issues such as financing, fixed deposit, mortgage...
- Submit the Model to the supervisors.
- Budgeting and cash flow forecast.
- Prepare the Financial Model for the new projects.

Knowledge:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project financial analysis and related tasks.
Skills:
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Good understanding of tax laws, regulations and VAS.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Accounting software.
Qualities:
- Be open- minded, willing to learn and improve jobs, processes, skills.
- Be careful, flexible, sense of responsibility, detailed eyes with numbers and analysis.
