Financial Controller

Manage the hotel&039;s cash flow effectively, including bank reconciliations and treasury management.
Performs other related duties and special projects as directed by the line manager or deparment head.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all financial in compliance with USALI and Accor guidelines. 
Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard hotel assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial integrity.

Oversee all accounting and purchasing, IT functions.
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Manage the hotel&039;s cash flow effectively, including bank reconciliations and treasury management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a high- performance and ethical work environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
In- depth knowledge of Vietnam financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS, USALI.
Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in the similar leadership role.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
