Overview:
Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and propose improvements to optimize operational efficiency
Prepare reports, track data, and maintain accurate documentation of operations
Support daily operations for the platform’s food delivery and dine- out services, ensuring smooth processes across internal and external stakeholders
Handle inquiries and support requests from partners in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with merchants/partners to onboard, update information, and resolve operational issues
Work closely with cross- functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Prior experience in customer service, operations, or support roles is a plus
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Bachelor’s degree or final- year student (preferred in Business, Economics, or related fields)
Customer- oriented mindset with good problem- solving ability
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
