Fire life Safety Heath/ Environment Officer cum Engineering Admin

As a Fire Life Safety & Environment Officer, you ’ll be in charge of the Fire Life Safety and Environmental Standard and relevant activities of maintaining/ improving Fire life safety, Labor Safety and Environment protection system, co- ordinate with other Departments in ensuring the quality system ruled by the regulations of law.
A Fire Life Safety & Environment Officer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Program/ prepare relevant documentation for Management’s evaluation meetings on FLS & ENV system activities as directed, and ensure the team does the same.
• Be responsible for checking/ controlling the said documents and make sure they are up- to- date; organize data/ figures under regulation of law
• Schedule internal check as well as examine points those need to be resolved in the previous evaluation and submit to Hotel Management for consideration/ approvaL
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Hotel Management.
• Report to Management all guests’ feedbacks as well as incidents in managing/ control data/ materials.
• Take part in Hotel periodically environmental quality evaluation.
• Coordinate with other Departments in setting up necessary documents in accordance with Hotel operations and make sure they are clearly conveyed.
• Participate in/ Follow up with the conduction of the FLS & ENV system in the Hotel premise.
• Ensure proper evaluations are carried out on time.
• Consult Management for handling improper/ out- of- date papers after regulated filing periods
