The position is also responsible for monitoring sales performance, increasing revenue, controlling service quality, and supporting promotional activities together with the sales and marketing team. The Food and beverage Service Manager handles guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. In addition, the role works closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth coordination during daily operations and events.
The Food and Beverage Service Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of all Food and beverage service outlets including restaurants, bar, banquet, room service, and other dining areas in the hotel. The role focuses on ensuring excellent guest service, smooth operations, and maintaining high service standards at all times. The Food and beverage Service Manager supervises and leads the service team, prepares staff schedules, conducts training, and motivates employees to deliver professional and friendly service to guests.
The candidate should also monitor cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with hotel policies and food safety regulations. Strong leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment are important for this role. The Food and beverage Service Manager plays an important part in improving guest experience, team performance, and overall Food and beverage business success.

The ideal candidate for the Food and beverage Service Manager position should have experience working in international 4- star or 5- star hotels with strong knowledge of restaurant and food and beverage service operations. The candidate should currently hold a managerial or assistant managerial position in Food and beverage service and have good leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
The candidate should have experience in handling restaurant operations, banquet service, guest satisfaction, staff training, scheduling, and service quality control .Knowledge in increasing Food and beverage revenue, improving guest experience, and managing service standards is highly preferred. The ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and lead a large service team in a fast- paced environment is important for this role. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for hospitality service are also highly valued.
