Food & Beverage Attendant

Anticipates in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
Be responsible for proper set up of the tables before, during and after service, checking for clean linen, refill condiments, polished glass and silverware.
Be responsible in keeping Hotel’s property safe and secure within their working areas
Participates in training and other activities to facilitate high team performance.
Ensures full mise en place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards.
Ensures personal grooming according to hotel standards and reports to work on time.
Be knowledgeable and skillful on the hotel POS system.
Performs closing side work and cleaning duties.
Works as a team member with other staff to exceed guest expectations.
Provides high standard of quality and speedy service.
Performs other duties assigned by the Superiors.
Applies up- selling techniques whenever possible.
Responsible for set up, service and breakdown of his/her station by following the instruction of the Captain.
Assists captain to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Always thanks and farewell guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
Maintains positive relations with other staff and departments.
Demonstrates a positive posture and manner at all times.
Picks up and deliver food orders, prepares and delivers beverages orders.
Serves food and beverage orders according to the established service sequences and procedures.
Works with initiative to seek and offer assistance as required from team members or supervisors.
Greets and escorts guests according to the standard of the outlet

At least 1 year experience in the related position
