Food Safety Executive for APAC region

[Organization/Position introduction]
• The APAC FSC is a team dedicated to ensuring food safety across APAC organizations. Its primary tasks include verifying national standards, verifying and validating country- specific labels, and verifying food safety gates through analysis.
[Detail in the role/responsibility]
C2C products are subject to legal standards and label verification in 10 major countries.

(Korea, USA, EU, Australia, Japan, Canada, Great Britain, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam)

Implement and maintain QMS operation activities

Verification of export country laws and regulations and check of labeling
Securing stability after pre- checking raw materials and substances for food safety in each country

Release product documents

Release Specification, Certificate of Ingredients (COI), Certificate of Manufacturing (COM)…as required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related majors (food industry, biotechnology, seafood....)
​Competency:
[Professional competency]
• Basic knowledge of food additives, safety, and labeling for Vietnam and export markets.
• Able to search and update food regulations and read technical documents in English.

• Good at team work. verbal communication skills
• Good Skills : Word, Excel
• Fluent in English
