Food Technical Development Assistant

We are looking for a versatile Product Development Assistant to join our technical team. This role is intentionally broad, and responsibilities will be tailored to the candidate’s strengths and the company’s evolving needs, offering scope for growth and career development .

What You will Do
• Ensure that samples are packed and shipped on time to meet customer timelines.
• Participating in Daily Taste Panels and Product Quality Assessments
• Provide ideas for product, quality, and process improvements
• Help provide required samples and documentation including detailed recipe and information for export of samples
• Help to assess, monitor raw materials, ensuring quality, sustainability, and traceability.
• Collaborate with the internal Vietnam/ UK teams to help deliver new products that are developed and produced in line with company standards, customer requirements and agreed timelines.
• Work effectively with supplier development teams ensuring close working relationships and good communication
• Where required help develop appropriate packaging for new products.
